Bridge House Tavern was opened in the spring of 2011 by Mark Hemmer and Ryan See. Their goal was to create a polished casual restaurant along the Chicago River that welcomes every patron. The menu is an eclectic range of new American comfort food and was designed to follow in the long history of gastro-pubs in Chicago.
