Foyer, one of the major insurance company in Luxembourg asked the agency to support them throughout the creation of its new home insurance, from strategic thinking to the official launch, with one main objective: to shake up all existing concepts by placing the needs of customers, according to their lifestyle, at the centre of the attention! This major project consisted in bringing a new insurance product to life and giving it a strong and unavoidable reputation in the Luxembourg landscape.
Based on workshops, an in-depth strategic thinking leaded to the definition of the visual and verbal territory. The name “Mozaïk” was proposed for its multilingual aspect and originality in this context.
The new logo in a strong and specific colour territory was the base of the large-scale 360° campaign for Mozaïk “the insurance that suits your lifestyle”.
The launch event was organized and produced by the agency in the main local concert hall for nearly 700 employees, with a major multimedia show.
Mozaïk became in a short period the new bestseller of the company and replaced successfully their previous product called “Reebou”. This new campaign, quite “out of the box” for the insurance business in Luxembourg, created a new trend of communication within FOYER and has been used to initiate several other campaigns afterwards for specific commercial promotions.
