Swiss Prime Site (SPS) is Switzerland’s leading listed real estate investment company. In order to extend this leadership to the Investor Relations section, SPS is launching a news product that completes the financial reporting with image effective information.
Approach
ibl developped the magazine «Prime Times» containing reader-friendly prepared information to current business activities, insights in the Swiss property sector, interviews, etc.
Result
The wide diversity of subjects and the collaboration with trade journalists and guest authors the magazine covers the interests of a wide target group. The fact that Swiss Prime Site is not constantly emphasised makes the magazine more credible as a publication and the first issue has therefore received a positive response in the market.
